how the program works
Over 12 weeks you’ll work 1-1 online with me as your coach to help you improve the areas of your life that need improving. The three main areas we work on are your health, mindset and lifestyle but we can also work on other areas such as career and relationships.
What you can expect
Although every clients journey is different, here’s what coaching through my Love Life Program commonly looks like.
Training & Fitness PLan
Depending on your goals, we'll work out a plan thats' perfect for you. This could be a gym program, a home workout plan or a running program to train for a particular event. All programs are delivered via my personal training app with videos of me explaining every exercise.
We'll look where you can make improvements in your diet and create a meal plan to suit your needs. This will help you get your energy back to where you want it to be and it will help you feel great in your body again. All meal plans are super flexible. Being restrictive is not my approach. Being consistently good rather than occasionally great is!
Each week I'll check in on you and your progress to help keep you aligned with your goals. I'll be available for support calls should you need them and I'll always be in your corner cheering you on.
Every Thursday evening at 7pm I deliver a workshop on Zoom on different topics related to health, mindset and lifestyle. These workshops are a great way to catch up with me and other like minded people and learn something new to implement in your life. We cover topics such as, Time Management, Meditation, Breath-work, Dealing With Overwhelm, Practicing Gratitude, the list goes on and on!
If you're a client in Ireland you'll be able to avail of our regular meet ups. Each month we meet as a group to do something fun together. Usually we hike a mountain, attend a mini retreat, go for a run/swim combo or even a surf lesson. Anything is on the cards for these monthly meet ups.

Yes and no. It depends on what other goals you have that you would like to work on. If they are within my capability of coaching I will certainly work with you but if not I will not. The best thing is to reach out and let me know what I can help you with and we can go from there.
I don’t display a price on my website as every client’s needs and level of support is different. After chatting on our Exploration Call I will have a better understanding of your situation, your goals and the level of support you need and we can go from there. Please don’t let this hold you back from booking a call. There will be no nasty surprises and you have everything to gain and nothing to lose by having a chat.
